I acknowledge that there is a $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit due upon registration.

I acknowledge that my total Made New Weekend balance must be paid in full by the conclusion of class on April 26th.

I acknowledge and agree that the total cost for the Made New Weekend is $100, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This amount includes a non-refundable deposit of $50. I further understand that the dates for the Made New Weekend are subject to change if the minimum number of participants required is not met.

I acknowledge and understand that participation of the Made New Weekend includes required classes in addition to the Made New Weekend. There are three required classes prior to the Made New Weekend, which will be held on April 12th, April 19th, and April 26th at 8:30 a.m. Attendance at all three classes is required in order to qualify for the Made New Weekend. I further acknowledge that there are two required classes following the Made New Weekend to complete and solidify the experience. These classes will be held on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom, May 6th, May 13th.
